Package Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
